Transit Accommodation
I.Service Cities and Corresponding Airports 
Beijing (Capital, Daxing), Chengdu (Tianfu), Shanghai (Pudong), Hangzhou, Tianjin, Wenzhou.
II.Service Content 
Passengers holding connecting tickets transiting through the above service cities and meeting Air China's product rules will have the opportunity to enjoy the free transit accommodation product service. The service includes: one night's hotel accommodation, breakfast, and vehicle transfer between the hotel and the airport (if available).
The service product categories, hotel groups, and corresponding service cities/airports are as follows:
Deluxe Transit Accommodation Product:Beijing (Capital), Chengdu (Tianfu), Shanghai (Pudong).
Standard Transit Accommodation Product:Beijing (Capital, Daxing), Chengdu (Tianfu), Shanghai (Pudong), Hangzhou, Tianjin, Wenzhou.
*Special Notes:
(1)Air China's transit accommodation product determines "connecting flights" based on three consecutive flight segments in your complete itinerary. Specifically, the city/airport providing the accommodation service is taken as the core point, which together with the preceding and subsequent flight points forms a "transit connecting segment." Each transit connecting segment may correspond to one application for the transit accommodation product.
Example: If your complete itinerary is Shenzhen → Chengdu → Beijing → New York, then: Based on the "Shenzhen → Chengdu → Beijing" segment, you may apply for transit accommodation in Chengdu; Based on the "Chengdu → Beijing → New York" segment, you may apply for transit accommodation in Beijing.
(2)Due to the limited number of rooms available at partner hotels daily, we cannot guarantee that all eligible passengers can enjoy the transit accommodation service. Bookings are available on a first-come, first-served basis until rooms are full. Passengers are advised to book as soon as their travel plans are confirmed.
III. Booking Channels and Time Limits
1. Booking Channels:
Deluxe Transit Accommodation Product:Can only be booked through the Air China Sales and Service Hotline at 95583.
Standard Transit Accommodation Product:Can be booked via the Air China official website, the Air China APP, the Air China Sales and Service Hotline 95583, or through ticket sales personnel.
Special Note:For code-share flights where the domestic segment carries the CA code but is actually operated by Shandong Airlines or Shenzhen Airlines, please book through the Air China official website, the Air China APP, or by calling the Air China Sales and Service Hotline 95583.
2.Booking Time Limits:
Standard Transit Accommodation Product:Bookings must be made more than 50 hours before the scheduled arrival time of the first transit flight, calculated based on Beijing Time, and after the ticket purchase.
Example for Deluxe Product: If the passenger's first transit flight is scheduled from 09:00 to 14:00 on December 1st (arrival at 14:00), the product must be booked before 12:00 on November 29th.
Standard Transit Accommodation Product: Bookings must be made more than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time of the first transit flight, calculated based on Beijing Time, and after the ticket purchase.
Example for Deluxe Product: If the passenger's first transit flight is scheduled from 09:00 to 12:00 on December 1st (arrival at 12:00), the product must be booked before 12:00 on November 30th.
IV. Terms and conditions
(A) Applicable Rules
1. Ticket Number: Applicable to connecting transit tickets starting with "999". A connecting transit ticket refers to two or more connecting flights under the same record locator with the same ticket number, or sequentially numbered tickets issued due to an excessive number of flight segments.
2. Flight Number Requirement: Both the preceding and subsequent flights must carry the CA code.
3. Actual Carrier Requirement:
(1) Domestic to Domestic Transit: For the preceding and subsequent journeys, one segment can be operated by Air China, Shandong Airlines, or Shenzhen Airlines, but the other segment must be operated by Air China.
(2) Domestic to International (Regional) / International (Regional) to Domestic Transit: The domestic segment can be operated by Air China, Shandong Airlines, or Shenzhen Airlines. The international (regional) segment must be operated by Air China.
(3) International (Regional) to International (Regional) Transit: Both the preceding and subsequent journeys must be operated by Air China.
4. Travel Date:
(1) For transit points other than Beijing (Daxing) and Tianjin: The scheduled arrival time of the preceding flight must be between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026 (Beijing Time).
(2) When using Beijing (Daxing) as a transit point: The scheduled arrival time of the preceding flight must be between April 27, 2026, and October 15, 2026 (Beijing Time).
(3) When using Tianjin as a transit point: The scheduled arrival time of the preceding flight must be between January 1, 2026, and May 15, 2026 (Beijing Time).

Notes:
(1)Overnight Transit: The arrival time of the preceding flight and the departure time of the subsequent flight at the transit point fall on different calendar days.。
(2)Same-Day Transit: The arrival time of the preceding flight and the departure time of the subsequent flight at the transit point fall on the same calendar day. 
(3)Transit Time: The time difference between the arrival time of the preceding flight and the departure time of the subsequent flight. 
(4)The Deluxe product service does not include the option to select a hotel or priority arrangement for a single room.
(B)Non-Applicable Scenarios
1.Tickets booked in O/I/X/N booking classes are not eligible for booking. 
2.Domestic-to-domestic connecting tickets where any segment is booked in T class are not eligible for booking. 
3.Award tickets redeemed with mileage, free tickets, infant tickets, tickets for children traveling alone (with a separate child record), and tickets for unaccompanied minors are not eligible for booking. 
4.Tickets for which various cabin upgrade products have already been applied or are planned (e.g., gate upgrade, upgrade voucher, on-the-spot upgrade, award upgrade, etc.) are not eligible for booking. 
5. If a single record contains both adult ticket(s) and child ticket(s) (i.e., a scenario where the child is not traveling alone), the child ticket(s) are not eligible for booking the Deluxe transit accommodation product.
V. Service Change or Cancellation
1. Voluntary Change by Passenger: Please cancel the original order and re-book the product through the original booking channel. The latest booking result shall prevail. 
2. Voluntary Cancellation by Passenger: Please cancel the order through the original booking channel. 
3. Involuntary Service Cancellation: If changes occur to the transit flights (e.g., date, time, booking class, itinerary, flight number, etc.), your order may be cancelled automatically by the system. Please promptly confirm the validity of your order.
*If your order has been cancelled, but the flight changes still meet the product rules, please re-book within the booking time limit. The product can only be used after a successful re-booking.
*If your order has been cancelled, the flight changes still meet the product rules, but re-booking fails because it is beyond the booking time limit or there is no remaining room availability, please call Air China's sales and service hotline at 95583 for assistance.
*If your order has been cancelled and the flight changes no longer meet the product rules, the product cannot be used.
VI. Service Notes 
1. The transit accommodation service is not a mandatory component of connecting tickets. It is an additional service provided by Air China solely for the convenience of transit passengers and is not bundled for sale with any airfare product. Passengers do not pay any specific fee for this service; the fare and taxes paid by the passenger for the airline ticket do not include this service. Air China assumes no responsibility for any issues arising during the service provision by the service provider. 
2. Passengers must book the transit accommodation service through self-service or staff-assisted channels within the product booking time limit. The service can only be utilized after a successful booking. On-site bookings are not accepted. 
3. Regarding Hotel and Room Type Assignment: 
(1) Subject to hotel room availability, passengers who meet the criteria for designated hotels and single rooms may be given priority for the corresponding service within the range of hotels meeting the applicable standard. If the remaining room availability cannot meet the request, Air China does not guarantee that the booking result will fully match expectations. 
(2) For passengers who do not meet the criteria for designated hotels or single rooms, assignments are made automatically by the system, and the system's assignment result shall be final. If a passenger wishes to change the booked hotel, room type, or room quantity, they may cancel the original booking within the product booking time limit and then attempt to re-book. However, Air China does not guarantee the result of the re-booking attempt. If the passenger remains dissatisfied after attempting to re-book, they may voluntarily decide whether to continue using the service. 
(3) If a single booking request includes multiple passengers, some of whom meet the criteria for designated hotels and single rooms and some who do not, then the booking request is not eligible for designated hotel selection. If a single booking request includes multiple passengers, where some passengers are eligible for a higher hotel category and some are only eligible for a lower hotel category, the booking will only be assigned a hotel from the lower category.
4. International inbound passengers must confirm in advance that they possess the required entry eligibility and valid entry permits for the duration of their stay. Air China assumes no responsibility if the service cannot be availed due to the passenger's failure to meet entry requirements. 
5. When checking in at the hotel, passengers must provide their travel document used for ticket purchase and the boarding passes for the relevant flight segments to staff for identity verification. The service can only be provided after successful verification. 
6. Hotel check-in and check-out times are subject to the specific regulations of the hotel. Passengers requiring early check-in, late check-out, room extension, extra beds, or other additional services should communicate directly with the hotel. Any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the passenger. 
7. Only one value-added service product can be booked per flight segment on the ticket. The transit accommodation, transit lounge, premium chauffeur service for business/first class, and Air-Express/Air-Bus connection products cannot be booked simultaneously for the same segment. 
8. Airport Pick-up Service Instructions: 
(1) If the hotel provides a pick-up service, passengers can contact the hotel directly using the provided contact details to arrange pick-up, or call Air China's sales and service hotline at 95583 to have Air China coordinate with the hotel to arrange pick-up. 
(2) Passengers who have booked the Standard transit accommodation service in Beijing (Capital) and are arriving at Terminal 3 of Beijing Capital International Airport may proceed directly to the Air China Transit Service Counter upon arrival, where staff will coordinate with the hotel to dispatch a vehicle for pick-up. If the counter is closed, passengers should contact the hotel directly to arrange pick-up.
