1. Service description

The infant cradle is a safety seat installed on the aircraft specifically designed for infants, providing a safe and comfortable sleeping environment to relieve discomfort during the flight. Please note that infant cradles cannot be used during critical flight phases, such as takeoff and landing.

This service can be booked through Air China's website, Air China APP, Air China hotline, Air China ticketing offices, and our authorized airline sales agents.

2. Applicable routes

(1) Applicable to international (excluding regional) flights operated by Air China and bearing Air China flight numbers.

(2) Applicable aircraft types and cabin classes: Only available on flights operated by B747/B777/B787/A330/A350 aircraft.

3. Application Deadline

(1) For routes other than Africa, Central America, South America (including Havana): At least 48 hours (including) before the flight departure and no earlier than 14 days (excluding the departure day) before the flight departure.

(2) For routes to Africa, Central America, South America (including Havana): At least 72 hours (including) before the flight departure and no earlier than 14 days (excluding the departure day) before the flight departure.

4. Service Limitations

(1) The infant cradle service is applicable to infants with a body length not exceeding 75 cm and a weight not exceeding 10 kg/22 lbs.

(2) For infants under 14 days old and premature infants under 90 days old, we are unable to provide the service for the consideration of infant health.

(3) To provide better service, there may be certain limitations on the number of special service requests accepted for each flight. Please refer to the actual service application situation.

5. Voluntary Changes and Cancellations

(1) If you need to cancel the service, you can do so through the original channel of application, Air China ticketing offices, or authorized sales agents.

(2) If you need to change the flight and service, you should cancel the service first and then reapply.

6. Check-in Registration Tips

Passengers who have arranged the infant cradle service should arrive at the check-in counter at least 120 minutes before the estimated departure time of the flight.
