1.Service Description

Pre select seats, remote check-in experience one-stop service, convenient and fast check-in procedures, pre book desired seats and generate electronic boarding passes. Passengers can easily board through the security checkpoint without queuing at the airport service counter.

2.Scope of application

Pre-selection of seats: This service is applicable to Air China, Shenzhen Airlines, and Shandong Airlines for some of their actual flights; Free seat selection for flights operated by Lufthansa, United Airlines, EVA Air, Air Canada, South African Airways, TAP Portugal, and Singapore Airlines

Self service check-in: Supports connecting check-in, Star Alliance check-in, Air China affiliated check-in, and family check-in (which means adding 1-2 children in the same class and on the same flight at the same time as adult passengers to jointly handle check-in registration procedures. When canceling check-in, adults can be cancelled on the basis of the cancellation of child passengers. This is only applicable to actual flights operated by Air China and does not currently support connecting tickets. Child passengers cannot check in separately).

We currently do not support the application of special passengers (including important passengers, injured and sick passengers, disabled passengers, revolutionary disabled soldiers and police officers, pregnant women, unaccompanied children, baby cradles, and passengers who book wheelchair services)

3.Product pricing

The exchange price for economy class seat selection products in China (excluding Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan) starts from 1600 miles; The price of international and Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan economy class seat selection products starts at 50 RMB. The prices and applicable routes of all economy class seat selection products are subject to the display at the time of purchase.
