Integrated Air – Rail Service

Product description

By purchasing a plane ticket for designated classes for designated flights, you can enjoy free airport rail transportation service from the airport to surrounding locations.

Applicable Conditions

1. Service routes:
(1)Beijing Daxing International Airport
(2)Beijing Capital International Airport

2. Eligible Tickets: Domestic or international tickets with numbers beginning with "999."

3. Eligible Flights:

(1)Beijing Daxing International Airport:Air China-operated, CA-coded domestic, international and regional flights departing from or arriving at Beijing Daxing International Airport.

(2)Beijing Capital International Airport:Air China-operated, CA-coded domestic, international and regional flights departing from or arriving at Beijing Capital International Airport.

(3)Not applicable to codeshare flights.

4. Eligible Flight Dates:

Associated flight departure or arrival dates should be between now and December 31, 2025 (CST).

*Special Notes: ① Not applicable for children traveling without an adult. ② Passengers who have booked or intend to book cabin upgrade products, such as boarding gate upgrade, cabin upgrade voucher, on-site upgrade, reward upgrade, etc., cannot reserve integrated air-rail service.

Instructions for use

1. Booking channels: Air China app.

2. Booking deadlines: Before the procedure of boarding flight.

3. Carriage Class: Ordinary carriage.

4.Usage:

(1) Pre-booking: Please click the button below and follow the prompts to verify the applicable conditions. The eligible tickets can be ordered according to the prompts.

(2) Boarding: Passengers can log in to the Air China app and find the corresponding order via "Service Orders" or "All Orders" in the "Account" tab. From the service order passengers can obtain a QR code for the MTR, which can be scanned at the entrance and exit gates of the relevant stations to enter and exit.

(3) QR code instructions:

• After taking a screenshot of the QR code, the code can be used.

•The QR code only works at the departure or arrival stations listed in the booked route.

(For example: (1)The booking is for Caoqiao station–Daxing Airport station. If the passenger scans the code at Daxing Xincheng station, the passenger will not be able verify the code and enter the station. (2)If the booked route is Sanyuanqiao Station to Beijing Capital International Airport Terminal T3 Station, but you are actually traveling to Beijing Capital International Airport Terminal T2 Station, you will not be able to use the QR code to exit the station.)

• The QR code will expire at midnight on the day after the actual departure/arrival date of the flight associated with it.

(For example: The departure/arrival date of the flight is August 1. After completing the booking, passengers will need to log in to the app to obtain the QR code and make use of the MTR transportation booking. The QR code will become invalid at midnight on August 2. The booked product will then expire and become unavailable. )

Reminders

1. This service item must not be included in the passenger ticket. It is only provided by Air China for the convenience of passengers. It is not sold as a package with any flight route products. Passengers do not pay any fees for this service. The ticket price and tax paid by the customer do not include this service. Air China assumes no responsibility for any problems arising during the provision of the service by the service provider.

2. Under normal circumstances, passengers who meet the "applicable conditions" may enjoy the service. However, Air China shall not be held liable for any reasons not related to Air China (including but not limited to passenger's personal reasons, service provider reasons, force majeure events, etc.) that result in passengers being unable to enjoy this service.

3. Passengers who meet the "applicable conditions" have the right to choose not to use the service.

4. The date and time displayed on the product are in China Standard Time.

5. Passengers should take into account the scheduled times of the first and last trains of the Express at each airport, the intervals between trains, and the time required for transfers at relevant stations and allow a reasonable travel time according to their own itineraries, as well as weather and road conditions. Air China assumes no responsibility if a passenger is unable to board an Air China flight due to the passenger not allowing sufficient travel time, issues with the railway company or to force majeure.

6. Interline passengers with a transit time of more than 6 hours can book the Integrated Air-Rail Service.

7. The product can only be used by the passenger themselves.

8. The product does not specify any individual train and cannot be used to reserve seats. Passengers entering and leaving the station and traveling on the vehicle must comply with the relevant provisions of the Beijing Municipal Rail Transit Passenger Code.

9. Passengers are required to enter and exit the station according to the booked route. For example, if the booked route is Sanyuanqiao Station to Beijing Capital International Airport Terminal T3 Station, but you are actually traveling to Beijing Capital International Airport Terminal T2 Station, you will not be able to use the QR code to exit the station. Passengers must contact the railway operator staff in the station for assistance.

10. If the passenger fails to get on/off at the station which was included in the original booking, the passenger shall be responsible for the payment of a replacement ticket.

Examples: The original product on the booking is from Daxing Airport Station to Caoqiao Station. Upon actual use,

(1) Passengers heading to the halfway station (Daxing Xincheng) will not be able to enter the station, and will need to purchase a separate ticket;

(2) When getting off at the halfway station (Daxing Xincheng), passengers may leave the station without paying an additional fee;

(3) If the option to get off at the farther station (Lize Business District Station) is selected, passengers will need to supplement the ticket at their own expense before leaving the station.

11. The rules for the use of rail transportation by infants, pregnant women, injured or sick passengers, disabled passengers and other special passengers differ from the airlines’ rules regarding these passengers. Therefore, if you have needs related to such circumstances, please refer to the rail operator regulations on such needs.

12. Only one value-added service product can be booked per flight segment, for instance: The flight segment is Beijing Daxing–Shanghai Pudong–Paris, you can only choose to book the air-rail transportation section for Caoqiao Station–Beijing Daxing Station or the bus transportation section for Pudong Airport–Hangzhou Station, simultaneous bookings are not allowed, and you are not permitted to book an additional transit accommodation, transit lounge or special car product.

13. You will not accumulate PhoenixMiles for ground transportation segments, nor may you redeem PhoenixMiles for ground transportation segments.

14. In the event of ticket refunds, the associated products will be canceled at the same time and cannot be used.

15. In the event of any changes to your flight or ticket, such as itinerary, fare class, date or time, please confirm the validity of your booking. If your booking is canceled, please rebook the product.
