First-time Passenger Service
I. Service Description
The first-time passenger service is available for first-time flyers or passengers who are departing from a city for the first time and are unfamiliar with the airport environment. To ensure you have a smooth trip, we offer a free guidance service to first-time passengers at designated check-in counters in departure airports. This service can be booked through the Air China website or the Air China app.
II. Eligible Departure Cities:
Applies to Air China-operated domestic flights departing from the following cities.

III. Application Deadline
2 hours (inclusive) before the scheduled flight departure time.
IV. Service Changes
If you need to change your flight or service booking, you should cancel the previous service booking before making another.
V. Check-in Reminder
Passengers with a first-time passenger service booking must arrive at the airport's first-time passenger check-in counter for check-in no later than 120 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time.
